Orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom epoxy tables may take 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after shipping (U.S. orders).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom, unused items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom epoxy tables are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Damage & Replacement Policy

If your table arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@jackcrafts.store within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of purchase.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
